Jon Haag and Sons Seafood provides us with the freshest 1-3 day trip seafood out of Oak Island, NC every week.

Johnny and Dawn Carroll of Buckhorn Farm in Holly Springs, NC are raising delicious grass fed lamb and bison for us.

Jackson Dairy provides us with all our pasture raised dairy products and is located near Spivey's Corner, NC.

The Parker Family Farm located in Hurdle Mills, NC provides us with pasture raised pork, chicken and pasture based eggs.

Homestead Harvest Farm provides us with pasture rasied muscovy duck, fresh whole chickens, khaki campbell duck eggs, chicken eggs, and seasonal Heritage Breed Turkeys all raised in Wake Forest, NC.

David and Mitzi Bissette of The Grain Mill of Wake Forest offer us a plethora of traditional nourishing foods to help stock our pantry. They also graciously host the Wake Forest pick up location.

David and Debbie Stern are offering us Real Food ~ The way it should be from their Stern Family Farm. Offerings include beyond organic, soy free eggs, soy free beef, soy free chicken and soy free pork from Burlington, NC.

Michele and Tommy Core of Michele's Fruits provide us with NC's most consistent fruit while in season, generally between the end of April and mid-January. You can also find them at the State Farmer's Market.

Ronnie and Stephanie Moore of Moore's Fruits and Vegetables bring us the most amazing seasonal vegetables, nuts and herbs year round.
