Parker Family Farm Chorizo Sausage
  Let me be clear that I knew before trying this product that it was really an "on-the-fly" Mexican chorizo and not the cured Spanish version I prefer. First I find that "off-the-shelf" chili powder, which already contains paprika, does not mix well with the added paprika used for making chorizo. Second, a big pet peeve is when garlic "Powder" is used instead of real garlic especially when it is sooo cheap as I can taste a difference. As well the mix was watery making it hard for it to hold shape.
