We are proud to offer meats and seafood that are fresh frozen and vacuum-sealed the day of processing for day old freshness anytime you open your package.  There are no additives such as sulfites, preservatives or even water on your meat though your fish might still be a little wet. 

  

                                  


LAMB & RED VEAL are HERE!

Please join us in welcoming our new partner, Captain John S. Pope Farm located in Cedar Grove, NC.  They are Animal Welfare Approved and will be offering our members 100% grass-fed Lamb, Mutton and Red Veal.  This is NOT WHITE Veal which is raised in confinement and on milk only, Red Veal is 100% grass-fed and raised outdoors in a natural habitat. Please look for their new products on our menu and read about them by going under Our Partners tab and clicking on their contact link.  More of their products will be appearing on the menu begining in  mid-March.
