Ingredient list: sorghum flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, evaporated cane juice, buttermilk, butter, brown sugar (evaporated cane juice, molasses), egg, salt, bourbon vanilla extract (bourbon vanilla extractives, alcohol), baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cream of tartar.

	Is Large and Yummy!
	This is 8x8 square so it is a great value and is absolutely delicious! I cut it and prebagged it for the kid's lunch. Then, I froze it and it is perfect. I put it in their lunches frozen in the bags and by the time lunch comes.... YUM. The brown sugar topping is thick and the cake is so so moist. You wouldn't know it were gluten free if someone didn't tell you.
