	OMG FETA!
	I LOVE this feta cheese & I've never before met a cows milk feta that I liked before this one. Its creamy, salty, & smooth. Compared to most other feta's I've had, this one is much more mild and not nearly anything like store bought pre-packaged stuff - those are much much more sharp in flavor (too assaulting really). I have great plans for this feta, a dressing, an Omelet, and a sauce, just to start off with. I will definitely be buying this again, and again.
