No antibiotics, hormones, or dewormers are applied to the animals, and the pastures never receive herbicides or pesticides. The Jersey beef is wonderfully beefy and juicy, streaked with buttery yellow fat rich in beta-carotene and higher in omega-3 fatty acids compared to regular grain-fed beef.
