One Dozen Artisan Slider Rolls in each bag. These delicious slider rolls are sugar, oil and YEAST FREE!!! Did I mention that they are delicious and perfect for kids sandwiches OR dinner rolls!????!?!?!?

This bread does not contribute toward degenerative diseases caused by yeast and other sugars but rather helps to eat bad yeast found in the gut by adding healthy cultured gut flora allowing your body to fight disease. The Bread Shop in Pittsboro, NC bakes these delicious sour dough cultured slider rolls for us every week, to order. The culture is from San Francisco and these sliders are oil, sugar and YEAST free!

Our Sour Dough breads are medicinal because they help fight yeast which causes so much disease that we are all suffering from today. You want to cut out yeast and sugar and in this case you can do BOTH! Many people only want whole wheat grains for their children so this bread has that PLUS it touches another important point which is to get the yeast and sugar out of their system. This bread helps to promote beneficial bacteria that strengthens their guts and immune system!!

Good
Pretty good sour dough. They were a little tougher than I would have liked, but still tasty! I ended up using the last half for croutons, still good.

Rolls
We have really enjoyed these rolls. We got a dozen on Thurs. and by Fri night 3 of us had eaten them all! They make great sliders or a tasty treat split with melted butter and honey!
