Description

Artisan Sour Dough hotdog buns are baked fresh by The Bread Shop in Pittsboro, NC, to order, every week. Made with Artisan Bread flour, water, unbromated, unbleached, stone ground soft whole wheat flour, salt, wheat germ and malt.

Dozen buns in each bag. These delicious rolls are sugar, oil and YEAST FREE!!! Did I mention that they are delicious!????!?!?!?

This bread does not contribute toward degenerative diseases caused by yeast and other sugars but rather helps to eat bad yeast found in the gut by adding healthy cultured gut flora allowing your body to fight disease.

	The buns were too small for my hot dogs! The hot dogs were a little big as well, but they were still pretty good after cutting the hot dog in half :P
